- The SCHWIND Amaris 1050RS is one of the world’s highest performance lasers. The main advantages include speed, accuracy and convenience since the1050 impulse per second performance allows an incredibly fast vision correction. As a result, a 1-dioptre correction can be achieved within 1.3 seconds, thus the duration of the laser eye surgery becomes significantly shorter.
- The 7D eye-tracking system enables patients to experience the highest level of safety: beyond lag-free tracking of the eye movement, the SCHWIND Amaris 1050RS top-of-the-line laser uses algorithms to calculate the expected eye movement; thus, directs laser beams to the treatment area with the highest precision.
- The addition of SmartSurfACE technology provides the surface of the cornea with maximum smoothness, which results in a shorter recovery period and a significantly earlier achievement of the final cleared quality of vision.

Topcon TRK-2P diagnostic assessment instrument
The Topcon TRK-2P diagnostic instrument is a combination of a refractometer, a keratometer, a no-touch tonometer and a pachometer. Therefore, the patient is required to look into one single instrument only, while dioptre, intraocular pressure and corneal thickness are all easily determined during the diagnostic procedure assessing the eye’s light refraction.
